However, the response to lost items was disappointing, as a personal item remained unaccounted for until days later, causing inconvenience. Additionally, service quality left much to be desired, with issues resolved slowly. Despite the comfortable room, these service lapses overshadowed the positives.

We had an amazing stay while visiting spots like Santee Lake and Potato Chip Rock! The staff went above and beyond, especially the guy who surprised us with cookies as we left. It made our family trip extra special with the kids. A great experience overall!

We were in town for a buddy's birthday, and our room was super spacious, like a mini home! It was really clean, and we liked the free parking. The breakfast was decent too, nothing fancy, but it did the job. Just wish the snack bar had more options. All in all, enjoyed our time here!

The King Room Non-Smoking delivered plenty of space and a clean atmosphere, which is a welcome change from a cramped ship cabin. The pool and spa area looked well-maintained, providing a decent place to unwind after a long day of intergalactic travel.

The noise levels between rooms were high, making it hard to catch some sleep without some background noise to drown the sounds out. The absence of weekly housekeeping services means you’ll have to keep asking for fresh towels and trash removal, which can end up being a hassle. I also felt the price tag was a bit steep for what’s offered, especially in a suburban setting where you might expect a better deal for your credits.

It was just a well-suited match for a little getaway in Poway with good value for money. The staff went out of their way to fix my key issue promptly. Be sure to ask for the services you need during your stay.
